The currently available M Aruna units are Aster and Basil, comprising around 565 double-storey terraces. Both units are differentiated by location and outer facade, but contain identical interior layouts and sizes. The units have a land size of 20’ x 60’ or 22 x 60’ for corner lots, and a built-up area of approximately 1,666 - 1,826 sqft. The units feature 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including one en-suite master bedroom. An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area has been implemented, with some lots featuring sliding glass doors in the dining area that open up into a long terrace and side garden. All lots feature a wide back yard, and a sheltered car porch with sufficient space for side-by-side parking. Future developments include the Avery 2-storey terraces, and RSKU 3-storey townhouses, both of which will be larger in size.

With an expected completion date in 2020, the first phase of M Aruna, available as Aster and Basil units, have launch prices starting from RM 601,980 and RM 621,800, respectively. Records have already shown a high take-up rate of units, particularly Aster homes, which are an attractive option for first time homeowners.
